Ladies Fitness Classes

As part of an overall general health and wellbeing project for women, we are pleased to be able to provide two fitness classes a week and a health course. The sessions are ladies-only and all women are welcome.

Zumba class – every Monday 6pm-7pm

Aerobics class – every Wednesday 10am-11am

Ladies Sewing Project

Ladies sewing project will be restarting again soon on Tuesday 19th April. Sessions will take place every Tuesday from 10am till 12pm.
